What we do not clean?
- Spaces under furniture/sofas unreachable by vacuum
- Laundry or fold/hang any clothes, towels, bed sheets
- Windows exterior or walls
- Inside cabinets (including china cabinets)
- Inside closets (will be vacuumed/mopped if empty)
- Any outside areas (only the front/back door)
- Under heavy furniture
- Small items such as toys, books, shoes, etc.
- Dishes (will be placed in dishwasher, not hand-washed)
- Books will not be removed from the shelf

Should I tip my cleaner?
Tipping is not required, but always appreciated! If you’re pleased with the service, you may choose to tip your cleaner as a way of saying thank you. Tips can be given in cash or added to your payment digitally—whichever is more convenient for you.
What if something in my home gets broken?
We treat every home with the utmost care. In the rare event that something is accidentally damaged or broken, please notify us within 24 hours. Our team will work quickly to assess the situation and make it right, whether through replacement, repair, or reimbursement—that’s part of our service guarantee.
